Arkansas Tax Deeds
My friend bought a couple parcels from an Arkansas tax auction a couple months ago. He wants to sell a couple of the parcels. I've heard that you have to wait 1 year before you can deed the land to someone else. Does anyone know if that is true? I could not find any information on their web site regarding deeding the land to someone else. Thanks Mike
