Initial Steps To A Unique REI Offer
My father has offered to sell his (tenant occupied) investment condo to my sister and I before he moves cross-country with his wife later this year. She is a homeowner in another nearby condo. I'm currently a renter. Any suggestions on how she and I should go about acquiring it? LLC?
