Costs To Do A 1031 Exchange
Does anybody know all the costs involved in doing a 1031 exchange? Eg: how much is ordinarily paid to an intermediary plus other hidden costs.

Costs may vary depending upon the complexity and number of properties involved in the exchange. The exchange fee for each of my last two exchanges was $750. I did a delayed exchange with direct deeding.
I had a similar quote just yesterday from a California based 1031 guy. I hear a reverse 1031 will run you about 6k. I have not verified this though.
