What Is The Best Source For Finding Deals?
I keep hearing about investors evaluating 2 or 3 deals a month. Where do you begin looking when you need a lead? Newspaper, drive-bys, advertisements? I want to start getting into this, but I havent the slightest idea where potential deals are likely to exist. Any thoughts?
