I am getting ready to buy in SC and NC subject to props. What forms will I need? Where is best place to get them? Is there one place that has them all specific for these two states? :-)

    Buy either John Locke's or William Tingle's course on sub2's. Use the forms they provide and have them reviewed by a local attorney.
