Learn From "Deals Gone Bad"
I am starting this thread for people to post any type of deal they have had that has gone bad or where they learned something very significant in what NOT to do. This can be any kind of deal not just SUB2. This is to learn from and hopefully does not discourage anyone from doing deals. I didnt know where to start this thread, so I started it here. Also, I am not sure if a thread like this has been started so if it has please let me know.

Just checking for an update to see if you were able to make this deal work. I question why, if the house will retail "easily and fairly quickly" for 340K, would the seller take such a huge loss. Let us know how it worked out.
This would be a good informative thread if someone who knew what they were talking about answered it.
