Home Warranty
I agreed to give my buyer a 1-year home warranty. Where is the cheapest place I can get one at? At this point I do not care if the coverage is worthless, only to fulfil my obligation.
For example if someone wanted to charge me $50 for policy with a $100,000 deductible, I'd have no problem with it.
The transaction has already closed and I have given up thousands of dollars to just get this stupid thing to close and now they are basically beating a dead horse.
My initial thought is to let them sue my corp if they wish (unlikely) because my assets are property protected.

i got a home warranty from the seller. it cost them $250 for the first year, 400 after that(my cost). includes a/c, plumbing, fridge and dishwasher.
