Help Filling Out Legal Forms
Can someone give me a link or some idea where I can receive help learning how to fill out all the forms needed in a subject 2 deal.
In the assignment of benneficial interest does the trust have a particular name? Warranty deed to trustee? Agreement and decleration of trust? This one is a real nightmare to figure out. What is exibit A and exibit B? Please help!
You could either buy a course, John Locke has a pretty good one, or consult with your RE Attorney. They should be able to tell you how to correctly fill the forms out.
All of these questions have been answered on this site, in the forums. Do a search--I like the "advanced search" option, where you can search for "all the terms"--and all will be revealed. Don't expect your lawyer to understand Sub2, but he/she should understand the various forms you'll need.
