Getting The Jump On Sale Pending House Purchase?
I've found the house here in San Diego, but it already has a bid by someone waiting for the sale of their property in Nevada. The seller is friendly, and wants to sell to us BUT we too would need to sell our house to qualify for our $225,000 portion of this investment. (the market here is so hot we could do that in less than a few weeks) but I KNOW THERE MUST BE A WAY to get the pre-approval> knock the other people out of the running and NOT be a sale pending case also. Who has the CREATIVE FUNDING ANSWER to get me in, get the other bid out, and start the deals rolling??
