Co-ops With Subject 2s Or L2P
I have come upon a deal the seller needs to go out of state for work, cannot sell off coop and would be willing to work with me. The co-op boards are so scrupulous and give even owners a hose down to even purchase. 2bd, 2 bath unit waterfront, $FMV $105000 maint:$ 510 which includes utilities.Should I research the co-op board to get answers? How can a co-op subject2 deal close without problems?
