Just wanted to know if you moved out of the Vegas area? Just moved here and wanted to meet ya, hope you left some for me. Any reason why (if you did move out of the area) is the market getting ready to bust? Is John (LV) gone as well?
Anyways I'm still a big fan of yours, If you did move your outfit to FL it's great for those students of yours.

No, I did not move out of Las Vegas, I just woke up one morning and said I think I will go fishing, but not at Lake Mead.
I will return to Las Vegas and no the deals have not gone away there as a matter of fact. Some people move there and have problems with the video poker machines, well you get the picture. So there will always be plenty of opportunity.
We I am sure will meet in the mean time I am meeting some of the great investors here in Florida of course in between fishing. I will be making a little trip up to CT this coming week.
I will drop by and see Joel in NC to see if he has has changed to his winter pocket protector yet. So this is just a pleasure trip for me.
