I am starting to put action to 2 years of real estate study. I am trying to advertise to use subject-to in upstate NY. I am using the forms from Getthedeed. randy and charlie use this system in ID.
Any investors in the Syracuse area that are using this system already??
I have my LLC opened and starting to put signs up in my area and put the WE BUY HOUSES on the back of my truck.
Any time you transfer the deed in NY, do I need an attny to do this?
I am looking at a couple of rentals in the city that seem to be cash flowing to get my feet wet. I have been studing real estate for about 2 years and want to take action. Do you think I am on the right track or should I be doing something different?

My title agency doubles as my attorney. Saves time, money, and smooths the closing process.
do you know of a good title company in the syracuse area?
If you are looking for specific people to help you, ie: attorneys, title companies, etc. I would find out the REIA groups in your area and then look at who they suggest or who advertises with them.
Usually, they understand what it is that we, as investors want to do and what we are looking for.
