Looking For Contract Or Addendum...
Hello,
First of all, great site! Lots of info that I didn't have to purchase online or at a bookstore. Kudos to TCI.
Second, I'm looking for a contract or an addendum that says something like I'll take over the payments and we'll split the equity when resold. Maybe this is something to add on a landtrust.
Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I hate to be the one to bear the unfortunate news, but it's most probable that you will not find a contract like that on the site. Most investors who have these contracts (myself included) have paid a nice sum of money for them. Therefore most investors are hesitant to just hand these things out. That being said it's very easy to contact your local RE attorney and have him draft the contract up right? He'll only charge a couple hundred bucks I'm sure. Maybe you could draft one up and then just have him look it over.
Heck if you're good you could even network with an attorney or with someone who knows one and get it done for free right? Now there's an idea! It wouldn't even cost you a thing. Best of luck to you and remember - don't shoot the messenger.

Thank you very much for the info Mr. Schnabel. I must have communicated wrong, I was trying to say how or where can I get those contracts. I wasn't looking for a freebie.
