Who out there has used the product and it works I already have Carleton Sheets program it was minor leagues. But I am looking for something that walks you through everything. You know Hud-1 forms, meeting the seller and filling out contracts.
I use LeGrands "Short sale made easy" and Louis Brown for the forms "Buying, Selling and holding".
You still have to take them to your attorney to get the forms perfected for your area and state. But it is a good foundation to start with.
