Short Sales In MLS
I am looking at a property in the mls that says this:
"Any and all offers must be approved by sellers and a 3 party"
Now I asked my agent what this meant and he said he thinks its a short sale. What does this mean? Is it approved to sell for this or is this a wishful number by the listing agent?

Thanks. I forgot to say its listed in MLS at $99,900. I realize the seller cant set the price, but where is the selling agent coming up with this amount?
