VP Of Loss Mit. / Countrywide
I recently read a topic about submitting proposals to VP's.
Alice Attwood is the VP of Loss Mit for Countrywide conventional loans. These are all handled through their California office.
It took me seveal faxes and finally one put to the attention to Alice before I ever got anywhere on my "deal"
I am not dealing with them yet, still in the BK stage[ Edited by popeemail on Date 06/06/2004 ]
Do you have a fax or email for "Alice"?? I'm in the middle of a short sale with Countrywide and keep talking to the very polite clerks who simply read the notes in the file and say call back in 7-10 days.

In addition to submitting the boilerplate application and accompanying business Proposal to the designated clerk, I recommend that a full copy(ies) be sent to other empowered individuals... the VP of Loss Mit, the manager of Collections and/or Loss Mit, the PMI (if any), etc.
