Short Sale Road Map
Hello all,
Does anyone have or may know someone who does have a step by step so to say road map of the short sale process from start to finish. Also if anyone has a sample of a short sale proposal or can tell me what it includes and how to put a complete package together that would be a huge help!

There is a member of this community who has over 3500 posts helping folks understand the Short Sale process and has an excellent product So the investment is well worth it in my opinion, as it works for me when a Subject To deal does not get the job done to help a seller.
