Need A SS Team
I have yet to do a SS and need help on who should be on my “team” before I get started. Which people representing each industry should I be networking with and establishing a relationship with? Here’s what I’m looking into so far.
Mortgage Co./ Hard Money Lender
Title Co.
General Contractor
Tax Attorney
Real Estate Agent
Are all of these needed? Do I need more? What contacts have had a big impact of all of you successful SS investors?
By the way, I am getting alot of "leads" from homeowners who are not delinquent and with no true hardship looking for short sales.
Are others seeing this?
It is almost like the SS is the cool thing to do now to try to dump that bad investment and slide on the shortfall.
A year ago, no one had heard of a SS, now everyone in Mich wants one!
