Liitle Assistance Please...
I was supposed to close on SS house on 8/1 . The mortgage holder is requesting a copy of my bank appraisal or they are going to order there own which will take 4-5 weeks. They are in California house is in the Northeast. My bank apprasial came in at $10K over my offer. Should I send them my apprasial or let them do there own. I need to make a decision in the next couple days. Thanks in advance for any advice.
There is nothing wrong with providing/sharing an appraisal with an indicated value $10K more than your offer.
