If Short Sale Is Rejected?
Newbie here, I need some advice on a deal I am trying to work. If I submit a short sale package to WAMU and it is denied, would I trigger some red flags if I then try and do a subject to with it? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, :-?

The mortgagee might be curious to know where the mortgagor got $$$ to cure the default... and then pat themselves on the back for working thru another preforeclosure and curing a default.
Just make sure that the mortgagee will, in fact, permit the reinstatement of the loan before you send them a nickel... cause they might well just keep it.
