Short Selling is a learned art just like any other type of investing. It is not something that you can pick up over night. If you are open to specializing in it, start by reading the post from both the Preforeclosure forum and the Short Sale Forum. You will gather lots of information from these forums which will allow you to make a more informed decision about how to move forward!

make sure you have access to quick funds. Unless I'm overly gullable, every short I've done the lender requires a quick payoff in full within a few days. This seems to be the biggest obstacle for most wanting to short sale.

Didn't realize that you were from Fayetteville , AR. Used to date a girl from there and we'd go to the Old Post Office----be surprised if it was still there. We also used to go to a club that was in another county and in a cave. I got a HUGE surprise at our drink tab not realizing it was a dry county. I could have bought several homes for the price of the tab:-D
