I am Very interested in Real Estate Investing. I am totally green behind the ears and I would like some help.
Regarding turn keying Forclosures--
Can some one explaing the BASIC steps in laymans terms. What are the things that you have to look out for??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated?
Also what is a good way to find Owner Finance deals in the Houston area?

owner financing is very hard to find and if you do they usually require a big down payment trying to find one with no money down you really have to search,search,look,look and more searching there out there try some of the more low income areas no money down owner financing is more common in those areas...I know I'm from the worst "GETTO" in the country
