Anbody ever sucessfully deal with them on a short sale? I made them a reasonable offer on a truly distressed house with about 20K in repairs and they insisted that they wanted FMV. I offered to send them photos, comps and a contractors estimate of the repairs, but they basically said they wanted FMV and that was final. I guess I am just venting here, but I am curious to see if anyone has had similar experiences with them or I just got a stubborn Loss Mit rep.

    I suspect the second foreclosed subject to the first. The buyer at $72K probably backed out after realizing that his bid meant he was paying $145K for a $130K property.
