$5 SS Marketing

My area is very competitive, I still make $$ and find the SS through direct mail and other marketing. I am looking to increase the effectiveness of our marketing however to NOD recipients. Our new marketing is to include a $5 bill in top SS candidtates mailings each week. Included in our letter is the line "We will pay you $100 cash today, call for details" Our thought is that If I were receiving 30 pieces of mail a week offering to "stop foreclosure" that "cash talks" and the one that paid me and offered more of the same would be the one that I would respond to first.
