Will Someone Sell Their House For Less Than The Land Is Worth?
You might have read my post on demolition of a property. I know the home I am looking at is appraised at 162k but needs major foundation and remodeling work that will run around 100k. I'm assuming per some research that the land is worth around 45-50k, but I want to offer 35-40k for the house. Is it realistic to expect the seller to accept this kind of an offer???
