Pete Young's Rehab 101

Does anyone have an opinion on this course?
Looks interesting, but I'd like some feedback.

Glad to meet you.

I have met Pete on several occasions and I will tell you he is a gentleman and very knowledgable when it comes to rehabbing a property.

In my opinion not only as a person he gets 5 stars, but also as a person who knows what he is talking about when it comes to rehab's.
