Home Owners Insurance
I am buying my first house and it is a true fixer upper we are totally gutting out the whole house. But the problem is, is that I'm having a hard time finding home owners insurance that will cover me the house while it is being worked on and being vacant. Can anyone recommend some Home Owners Insurance? Thanks!

FInd an Agent that represents AMIG, Foremost, and/or Diamond States.

State Farm has a rehab policy...so my agent tells me. I haven't applied for one so I do not know how it compares to a vacant property policy from Foremost or Continental.
My agent did say that they do inspect the property periodically to make sure work is in progress.
