It has taken me close to 2 years to develop a network of people in (real estate, banks, believe it or not secretaries and receptionists at title agencies and attorney offices ) who keep their ears open for me. I treat them well at holidays, birthdays, etc. Nothing expensive but something to show I care and when you care about other people they look out for you.
