Recommended Lease Option Course.
Can someone recommend a great lease option course for around $200? I'm starting out on a shoe string budget and I don't mind that at all. There are so many out there, which on should I start with. I have all the basics down from reading and research but now I need the proper contracts, advice on advertisement, ect.

My recommendation is to go to the public library and check out a few books. Valuable information at no cost!
