A Friend Of Mine Wants Out Of A Lease To Own Contact.
A friend of mine wants out of a lease to own contract that can be assign to someone else but its a long term contract and he is 3 months behind in payments and he says is at fmv on the contract. Is there anyway I could take over the contract and make money I was thinking to take it over and rent out the home to someone the home only need little bit of work carpet, cleaning, etc. How sould I go about doing this.
I was told no, and I need to "etch" the surface w/ TSP and then use a special "latex" epoxy paint.
That may have been to get me to buy the expensive paint.
