100 % Rehab Financing - Apology

A number of members have PMed me in reference to some 100% rehab loans - I have been trying to contact my source but he is either out of twon or out of business - I will keep trying. This has been foreclosure auction week in Texas so I have been very busy getting postponements for "Texas Tuesday" as the mortgage lenders like to call it - Again, I apologize for my slow response to all of you but I'll get back to work on it and respond to you individually.
