There are lots of them out there. But my person prefernce is the discussion board on Morningstar. Although there are few nasty idiots among the participants, the overwhelming majority are very helpful and willing to share ideas.

Thats DETROIT-the city who single handed turned American from the 5th largest military force in the world to the premiere number 1 military might in the world in less than 2 years by using the converted auto plants to make bombers tanks and guns at a time when a crazy monster was waltzing thru Europe.

Thanks guys for both reading and educating me on the fact that I am or was in denial. History you provided and wisdom carefully explained as logical and sensitive as possible has convinced me to do what a fellow pipefitter nicknamed "birdman" (of Alcatraz) from D.C. whom I met in 1980. He said "I am just taken my 6 rentals in Baltimore and move them to West Palm-where real estate is appreciating 10% not 2%. That stopped going up. It has re-started going up. I first will liquidate and eat some capital gains. I figure to do this before GM files for bankruptcy.

    Thanks for your reply.

Ithought of using the hot glue gun also, but a few people have said the hot glue will melt the styrofoam.

    Hey Tim,
It says username and password are required before you get anything other than a blank page.

Fuel is for sure the biggest "X" factor...in regards to the crowded skies, I think the technology is definitely helping, though...

I am with you re: the technology...the whole SATS program looks really interesting and plausible...[ Edited by norrist on Date 07/25/2005 ]
