What Kind Of Maps And Where To Get Them?
Let's say I am looking for investment and want to make an educated decision of where to buy properties for rent.
I want to be a landlord.
Is there any kind of maps that will provide me with information about:
1. Hospitals and medical facilities
2. Shopping centers
3. Businesses (let's say highlight industrial area and/or have at least biggest employers on the map)

I would not worry too much about a map that has the items you listed.
I find that I need a map that has the detail so I can find a street and then the house. Any map that has that level of detail (all the streets) will tend to mark all of the items you are interested in.
Figure out where you can afford properties for rental use. Then drive the area to see what is there. The pricing of the property will force you into specific areas so you can then see what is there once you find areas that cash flow, etc.
