Tenant Eviction

I am evicting a tenant, who refuse to pay rent. The tenant has made two motions that allowed her to stay from september to present. The motions were for (1Jury Trial and (2) Time for Discovery. During a hearing with the judge she lied about the condition of her apartment and the judge required a $60 rent reduction and ordered her to pay rent for Nov 5 and 10th with no delays, else immediate possesion would be granted. The rents have not been paid. Tenant has made no contact whatsoever. Will the Jury Trial be disposed? If anyone has experience this let me know.

There is a Form in the clerks office that you can file with the Clerk,
"MOTION FOR DEFAULT FOR FAILURE TO PLEAD AND JUDGMENT FOR POSSESSION"
The Clerk will give you a Court date.
    Good Luck
