Suspect Tenant Selling Drugs

Have a tenant that I think is selling drugs. I have had the tenant sign a drug free housing addendum.



I have also told an investigator about possible drug activity at this apartment, he took some information and turned it over to the Drug Task force.



Another tenant has told me that there is drug activity in the apartment in question. Also that the police do not even come by or ride by the apartments.



What should I do to catch them & put them out?



I have a vacant apartment that needs to be renovated. Can I put a camera in that apartment to watch the other apartement in question? Would I get in trouble? What can I do?

    We had that in the past in one of ours. She was late on rent one month and we evicted her on that cause.

    But we do have in our leases that if police have been called to your property more than 2 times within a years time, it is grounds for dismissal.

    If you call or other people call about your resident, it is cause for them to be removed.
