Property Managment Software

I just purchased a 53 unit building, and want to buy property managmetn software for the building as well as for starting my own property managment company. I know about Yardi (its real expense), and reviews on tenant pro are not very good. Can anyone offer any recommendations, of good user friendly software. :-)

    Look into the products made by RealPage. They have Rent Roll, HUD Manager, One Site (which is a good web based program) and others.
