Getting Paid....
Well, I am nearly there got a tenant moving into my first property this week. I am now trying the best way to get the rent. I need some input on what works best for everyone. Ideally I would like to get paid by direct installment into the bank rather than waiting for a check in the mail. I really don't want to have to go pick up the check every month either. Give me some advice on the best way go.
I have them send it into a PO box. I also have a hefty late fee if they do not get in there on time.

I also use a P.O. Box with a $50.00 late fee(NO GRACE PERIOD). Most people do not want to incur such a fee so I have not had any late payments. I also thought about having the rent deposited directly into my bank account since my bank has locations just about everywhere.
