I am looking at a property in Fargo North Dakota, and place to post in another forum which I did not get any feedback from. Does anyone on this board from investing in the Fargo market? Thanks for all your help.

    Fargo-Moorhead is where my properties are. I currently have a commercial lot where I intend to build a 12-24 plex. It seems, though, that there are so many new multi buildings that I might hold off. While the population projects are there, I am feeling that they are building beyond...at least in the rental market.
