Where Can I Market?

It seems my last post was killed. Let me try again. Aside from REIAs and money-to-lend newspaper ads, where can I find investors who need private money in my area? I only want to deal with folks I can meet face-to-face and verify their due diligence.

    Go to the real estate agents in your area. They always know people looking for money
