Ive been looking through educational materials for finding and selling cash flow notes. There is a company called Charter Financial that offers training at a price of 200 dollars, and claims that you will become an indepentent broker for them. ( and refund the 200 after your first deal) Is this a legitimate company? Anyone with any experience with them?

You could learn for less. There are many places to sell a note once you locate one for sale so being a member of their program is not a big plus.

If you do pay the fee and then earn it back after the first deal it is not a big issue. Hence the only issue will be your performance.

There is more then one site on the web that has the info available for no charge so you just need to decide how you learn the best. The business is not complex. Another company sells their book for $29 when they are running a promotion.
