Yes, for Michigan, at least, all the loans are traditional lenders or owner occupieds. the only hard money guy wants 10 points! ouch! AND wants a high credit score. That doesnt work.
Neill7, I have added a new one that should work for you. I was not advertising it in every state do to the 100k min loan size.
100k is much more than I need, is that a deal breaker for them?
