Need Hard Money Lender For Rehab In Michigan
I have Rehab in Saginaw Michigan. Not good credit. Wanted to borrow financing to do the work.
I called local REI clubs and believe it or not, no good leads.
Any ideas?

for Michigan, at least, all the loans are traditional lenders or owner occupieds.
the only hard money guy wants 10 points! ouch! AND wants a high credit score.

I have added a new one that should work for you. I was not advertising it in every state do to the 100k min loan size.
100k is much more than I need, is that a deal breaker for them?
