Locate Compairables...FMV
I have been looking at properties for about 3 months now......A good percentage appear to be good deals with positive cash flow after I run all the numbers. Can anyone shed some light on the best and most accurate method to locate compairable properties ?
I currently use my buyer agent for this information.
