Has Anyone Used Any Database List??for Notes.
I was curious has anyone used a database list provider?? ( telemarketer list ) specificly for Notes??and if so what was your experience. I'm kinda curious Cause i came across it a couple of times recently while gathering info .

Is Notes a software program? I do not understand your question.

I worked from a list provided by a course seller. There were a number of dead addresses where people moved on.
The list did lead to some interested parties. None that closed initially. Good prospects though. Hence the list has value.
I would consider buying more lists when business slows down a bit.

the question is that i keep running across a direct mailer/telemarketing group on the web that sell various list for a fee. and it just so happens that on their list is a section for mortgage/private note holders, they say that it is current?? and it has ph# address amount etc.. all from the local county records office??
so i am curious to know if anyone has used this system or something really close? and what was their experience good and bad? thanx for the reply
