Hard Money Black Ball List?
I am currently looking to work with a hard money lender. Being new I would like to make sure they are on the up and up. I saw here somewhere that there is a site that has a list of "questionable" lenders. Would any one know where I might find this site? JnJ [addsig]

When I refer customers to a HML I pull a D&B report on the compnay. That will show what kind of business, if any BBB incidents were reported, who they deal with, ect.
Sometimes lists can be misleading for better or worse unfortunately.
