I was wondering if anyone knew how I can find Note Sellers, or someone interested in selling their note? Is advertising in the newspaper my only option
Any advertising medium will do. Dont forget, There are also lawyers that set up the notes, Estate lawyers, realtors to contact, Banks doing foreclosures, the internet, etc etc. If you sit around and wait on the ad, you wont make very much money. The best way is to start going to people that are involved in that type of transaction and take them out to lunch, or just hand them a business card. Some of my best deal were given to me by a friend of a friend type of situation, or a third hand that received my card, rather than an ad. The ad is only the starting point. Think outside of the box, and talk to everyone, so that they start mentioning your name or your company name. Eventually the right person will hear about you.
Lets face it the quizno's ad with the wolves was horrible, but it made the headlines and everyone was talking about it. Therefore they got there moneys worth on the ad.

Since you already advertised that you have a note for sale, no you cannot advertise a note for sale. LOL
There is no where that I am aware of to advertise your note on this site.
