Fairbanks Update

First Sorry I havent been very active here lately.. After numerous conversations with Fairbanks Capital about Home owners Insurance and various other things like a changed pre-payment penalty..(it was suppose to be two years but they keep saying three). I finally got them to give me a date for the end of the pre-payment period, and signed the papers the day after and am now being funded by new mortgage company and getting ready to get my cash.....like they say here persistance wins :coolgrin: Now I can get back to working on my real estate investing...with the onlly big worry in my life is walking my only daughter down the isle on Oct 3rd in Toledo >:( Thanks for all your help and comments Watch out here i come :coolgrin: :coolgrin:
