Best bet...get a ahead of the game and go to the county recorders office yourself, services...run a week to 3 week behind. And psssssst. if you really want to get a head of the game or "pack", call your title company...they get before the recorder and better yet when your down at the recordes office, most lenders have a forclosure service...they have to file a document before filing a Notice of Default declaring them the right to handle the house in foreclosure. Get chummy with your county recorders office staff.. they love to help!
