Anyone Willing To Send A Note?

Hello,

I am looking for a note that I could use when my buyers do not have enough cash for my down payments.

I need something that could easily be put on the individuals so that they will have a lien if they do not pay.

    Do you mean just a promissory note for them to sign/ you can get them at office depot for a few bucks. If they have other real estate you may want to secure the note with a mortgage or deed of trust. I will PM you a copy of a simple promissory note that I copied onto my Mac

    Yeah, I supose...I have heard it refered as several different things!
