QA REVIEW????hello, i'm very new at this and i have buyers who have been preapproved for a loan of my asking price on a triplex, but it is under QA review, I've been waiting 5 weeks since its been in review. please help me understand what this is...
You need to be on the phone every day raising heck with them. 5 weeks of any kind of review is too long. Do not know what qa review does but if I was waiting 5 weeks I sure would know the first day. You have to puch hard to get deals closed. They do not close by themselves.

trust me i know about calling every day, i guess they're going to another lender so the guy assured me everything would be alright, thanks for ur feed back u are 100 percent right about deals never close on their own
You should look for another broker. If you were truly pre approved by a lender then you should have had a closing date or a letter of commitment within a couple of days. Obviously he has pre approved you himself instead of with a lender, which tells me he is not on the up and up.
