Need Ideas On Rehab
I own the commercial strip center have good credit poor income and credit is maxed out on cards. I want to remodel but need some ideas about how to go about it. I am a Realtor (not presently burning up the sales) and understand hard money financing. Looking for info to get my brain housing group working. New ideas to try. I eventually want to fill building up with tenants and sell next year! Not enough income for an FHA 504 project , This is my first post here.

There are so many variables to this situation it is hard to tell you where to go. But here are my thoughts. Give the property a facelift. drive around some new construction and look at what they are doing. You can get that "stucco" look fairly cheap. they put up a foam backer and spray a concrete stucco type stuff on and give it texture and a brand new look. They use it all over now. Give the old curb appeal a good look. Plant some trees in the sidewalk. add patterns to the sidewalk. all this will make the place look new.
